"The room was clean. Check in staff was very accommodating. The internet was not working most of my stay. check out staff was rude. I needed a late check out, and the front desk clerk was not nice about it, charged me $40, and practically laughed at me when I asked for a discount since the internet was not even working."

"There was no microwave in our room and we were staying for three nights so that would’ve been useful. There is no vanity mirror to help get ready the lighting in the bathroom and in the room are dim so it’s hard to see when getting ready."

"The hotel was wonderful, service excellent. My only complaint was the shuttle bus did not have a runner board to step up and down on when entering and exiting the shuttle. I twisted my knee getting out because the drop to the concrete was too far for my legs."

"The manager was rude. Id'd everyone in the vehichle which wasnt typical. Refused to come to the room and help with the lack of electricity to the refrigerator. Spoke to us like we were stupid. My husband who is legally blind discovered when he woke up he had been sleeping in blood that wasn't his on the sheeets"
