my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. I noticed that there was dirty handprints on the wall the tub had some brown stuff in it with hair from the previous people. The inside of the door was very dirty like nobody’s wiped it off. The curtains were stained with food stains. Overall cleanliness of this room was horrible. The bed was clean other than that I don’t really have anything great to say.

I'm not a fan of hotels that are out side accessible that allow anyone can walk up from the the street to you bedroom door like a Motel. I like the Best Westerns that you have to walk through the lobby to get to the rooms. This felt more like a Motel than a Hotel.

We travel a lot for our daughter's competitive softball team, and whenever we play in Stockton, we always stay here. The manager greets us by name and is very friendly. The rooms are excellent because they have two TVs—one for the parents and one for the kids. The complimentary breakfast is quite good for a free option. We love staying here, and the location is fantastic!

Check in and staff were great. Room was old and smelled musty. Bathroom tile was dirty and shower curtain had a bad damp odor like wet towels. The cost was excellent, but it’s an older hotel so don’t expect much with the room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options- scrambled eggs, sausage etc. Very clean dining area.
