"Location was fantastic! Walkable to great food and culture but not too close to noisy venues. Bed was very comfortable but bring your own pillow if you are fussy. Room has great amenities - just wish there was privacy from outside without fully closing the blockout blind. Would happily stay again."

"Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was well located, closer to Central station than expected. The pool was not heated. However the buffet breakfast was really disappointing. Some of the food was burned (bacon, pastries) and the coffee machine wasn't working. On the first morning we were there around 8am and various things were empty. There needed to be a lot more care and attention given to the breakfast - prepayimg this cost us hundreds of dollars over the two mornings so it wasn't like it was a free perk."

"We stayed for a week - we liked the location, size and layout of the apartment and having two bathrooms plus full kitchen and laundry. We did think some of the furnishing needed refreshing as the rug in the lounge room is very stained and dirty. The cleanliness of the apartment was also lacking. All of our white socks are stained from walking on the floors inside the apartment. I do think the cleaning staff need to be abit more detailed when they are cleaning in between guests but overall we were happy with the apartment and the price we paid and we would probably stay again."
