"The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."

The architecture was great with small nods to the cultural heritage of tuscany through the paintings on the doorframe, The rooms were clean and cleaning was though, everyone was really patient with the language barrier and eager to help and the calm atmosphere for breakfast was great although the options were slim. Can't recommend The Grand Hotel Panama enough"

"I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The hotel is beautiful, the location along the Arno is excellent, and my room was comfortable with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with incredible views over the city and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!"
