Housekeeping / management / ownership / the brands attention to detail is severely lacking at this property. Pulled out the desk chair to find it horribly stained and marked, wouldn’t sit on it, shower curtain needed replacing it was visibly dirty and brown at the bottom, I showered without the curtain, went to use the hairdryer and never seen such a filthy hairdryer in a hotel. The phone was visibly filthy. shocking. Although there was an upgrade with new lamp shades still wrapped in plastic in the room, it was unhygienic. "
