"Door to room would not open via text link. Had to get a manual code from front desk. Staff was slow and seemed flustered. Terrace door did not lock and terrace was accessible to other rooms as well as communal patio space. Did not feel safe and staff seemed to brush it off. Had to move rooms. We were downgraded to smaller room and hotel did not offer apology or compensation. Shower had low water pressure and would not heat up. "

"Tiny room, very little space for everything. Uncomfortable to brush teeth, take something out of the suitcase, or just sit and relax. Also, poor breakfast."

"Super comfy bed, despite the neighborhood (close to all the action in the lower east side), super quiet/easy night sleep. Highly recommend!"

"a perfectly serviceable hotel close to the train and tons of food and shops. it’s clean and the staff is very helpful and sweet. it’s *loud* though, especially if your room faces Houston. the rooms are small, the bed is fine but not particularly comfortable. the linens are pretty terrible. all that said, I’d probably stay there again but ask for a room on the other side of building. it’s really convenient if you’re visiting to do stuff and not spend time in the room. it feels safe and has a cute roof deck and every person at the front desk was very sweet. it could really use 20% more attention to comfort, though."
