"The amenities in bathroom is inadequate with a tiny soap and small bottle of cheap shampoo that you will normally get in a cheap motel. I booked an accessible room on Expedia, but the staff decided to switch me back to a normal room saying is a “slight upgrade” which is not. The room is lot smaller. I don’t mind to switch room but trying to convince me is an “upgrade” is kind of misleading."

"If you are a germaphobe, this is the hotel for you. The entire property smells fresh and looks immaculate. The room was thoroughly sanitised, and the bathroom was pristine. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job here every single day. Highly recommended!"
