Basic value room
Beyond basic appartment
Doubke bed qirh awful mattress
2 extreme value chairs and very flimsy chair...
But clean as anything.
Very difficult to find when dricing to this place.
It was exactly what we wanted. We arrived at 11:00pm and left to tour the city in the morning at 05:30am and it was not a problem.
One thing that might help others: you'll get an email the day before you check in which contains a code that you use to open a small locker box which has your room's key.
So of you're traveling, make sure you get access to your emails.

Disliked: Amenities
Difficult check in process. Tried to ring no one anwered. Most basic of rooms, no tv no kettle just a bed and shower. Was clean though..
The place was good, it was also cheap for a couple. The bed was ok although pillows were not so good. Could have done with a hand towel. Risky keeping food in the fridge freezer as had a 4 pint of milk & butter went missing on day 2 of our stay, even though marked on each it belonged to our room.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Tenants at the bottom floor had their music blaring, room master bed was wobbly, fan was a bit expose without any guard.
Pay attention to the check in/deposit process.
After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient.
It was a bed for a night and the shower was hot and powerful, but...
They put me on the top floor - 4 flights of numerous steps which was a struggle with a suitcase and arthritic hands - I think because this was the 'deluxe' room.
Unfortunately if this was the 'deluxe' room, i would definitely not wish to stay in the standard room.
The room was overheated as it was in the roof alcove. No fan or AC provided.
The duvet was obviously a winter tog with no additional flat sheet to cater for the Sumner weather.
The desk & chair were cheap plastic, so was worried the table would topple with anything heavier than an empty bag.
No bath mats or bedroom floor mats.
Only one small bath towel, even though it's usually standard practice to provide at least a hand towel and bath sheet for use with the shower and other ablutions.
No replies to direct requests on Messaging, just the standard emails for access etc.
Cheap but not cheerful in my view.
My family and myself were all totally disappointed and basically disgusted with the room and the property. We arrived at approx 9pm after a very long 14 hour flight. As there were no buses running, we had to spend approx Australian $85 on a taxi cab from the airport. We had to stand outside in the pouring freezing rain outside the property as the code we were given to get the keys to get in the building did not work and the lock box was jammed. We struggled for half an hour and finally got the key box open. When we finally got into the building it was very dirty and disgusting from the foyer right on up to the top floor. Leaves, dirt, dust, filth. The room was not even remotely as advertised. The room was very small, cramped, and very stuffy. Total false advertising.
The beds where awful, very cheap metal frames that were literally falling apart. When you put your hand on the bed head, it literally almost fell off in your hands and we thought the bed was going to collapse on us.
The bed heads had been smashed into the walls on so many other occasions from previous clients that the bed posts had created holes in the walls. The mattress's where awful, lumpy, hard. There was no ventilation in the room. There was a tiny unstable table that was at a slant and most things put on it just rolled off and onto the floor.
There was no tea bags, coffee, kettle or cups, no miniature bar fridge. Totally disgusting, we want a refund.
With the shared living space it is ideal as self catering accommodation, rooms were spotless and up to a high standard. Next time we book we will eat in and not go to a local pub for food.
the shower and toilet facilities were ahared not clear from website. very difficult to open the lick box to get the keys although the telephone contact was very helpful we only just got hold of them before the telephone was no longer manned. my family refused to share favilities and we booked in a Travel lodge instead
My satnav took me to the end of the road, phoned the contact in a panic who very lovely, gave the directions and all good. Reception-free check-in via instructions, keycode & keys - very easy to follow. Allocated parking if you ask for it. On top floor, simple room double bed & single - loads of storage space. Sparse with decoration, looks very new or recently re-done, floor beautiful. Only downside for me is no bed light. Also no TV which is no bother. Bathroom per floor - very clean & looks new. I believe has community kitchen with all the bits & pieces but I didn't need to use this.
Very close to Heathrow, I stayed as working at nearby hospital. Have re-booked already. Very convenient area.
I never stayed here. He wouldn't answer the phone and it's not even a hotel!

Adequate. Shared bathroom.
Travelled as a group of 3 and needed a place to stay after visiting Thorpe Park. Can’t fault the booking staff, all communications were replied to promptly (between 3pm - 10pm) and all descriptions on how to find the place and how to gain access to the apartment was accurate. You will have to contact them if you require parking prior to your stay.
This place is an apartment with 3 rooms. All rooms share 1 bathroom (although it is advertised as private). Everything was clean. The bathroom however did not have a bath mat so things got messy after a few people had their showers.
There is also a shared kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Unfortunately, our night was ruined by the hardness of the beds and pillows. All 3 of us woke up with sore backs and necks (not related to going to Thorpe Park as we only did mazes!). We thought of having a lie-in but that would be pointless given the discomfort. It is right next to a terminal so you will hear the planes taking off during the night.
All in all, would recommend if you need a short stay pre-flights, but only for a short stay. For hardy travellers only.
The accommodate was beautifully clean. Which I suppose is the most important thing. The shower was more of a dribble than a shower.
It said that tea and coffee were inculed, there was tea, coffee and sugar but no milk! There was a washing machine which we used to spin our hand washed clothes. While it was running the owners of the accommodate turned up just before 9pm (Which was odd and made us a little uncomfortabl). They said there was a £10 fee for using the washing machine, which paid in cash. The woman said it did say on the website, I have looked and have been unable to find where it says this. How do they know if guests are using the washing washing machine??
Also just so you know it's not a guest house as described. It's an apartment with (I think) 3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living room. And no tv!
