He said, "this place is beautiful and I am staying over." We were headed to a resort in Florida, but this stay in an airport hotel may have been the highlight of his vacation! 😂"

"Our first night the tv did not work, no matter what we tried. So the second night when it still didn't work we called the desk for help and a service person came. It didn't work after he left so we called again. Second time didn't work after he left, also third time. So at that point we were pretty tired and disappointed, and felt that since TV was one of Club Quarters' amenities, we should get a refund because we couldn't get TV. Let us know. Also, second problem was the bathroom door was noisy no matter how we moved it - needs to be fixed. Thank you. pe moody"
