"Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!"

"The hotel is a little gem just 30 mins outside of Bordeaux city. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the grounds stunning. We loved our room and it was very spacious with high ceilings. The pool was perfect for the heatwave as well! Food and drink were great but it doesn’t have a restaurant onsite - the staff prepare cold food but it was really tasty! "Chambre avec toiles d'araignée et traces de doigts noires sur le lambris pvc au plafond de la salle de bain. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas lors de mon arrivée et j'ai une visio. On me conseille de prendre mon PC pour aller boire un café au Campanile à côté pour voir si leur réseau fonctionne... Je demande une facture par mail pour mon séjour au règlement à mon arrivée. J'ai dû la redemander 2 jours plus tard lors de mon départ en papier. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel en salle sympa....

"The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk).
