The owners, Jayson and Raymond, are hosting you in their home. Their taste is impeccable, and Jayson cooks a mean omelette. Their recommendations for local restaurants were on-target, and the home they share with you is comfortable and tasteful. Go visit them if you are traveling to St. Petersburg.

We loved are stay at this charming B&B. Our hosts made us feel at home from the minute we got there. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast
Such a wonderful place to stay! Reymond and Jayson are extremely nice and accommodating, and the breakfast spread, including the omelets, are amazing! The whole house is beautiful and charming, and my room was super cozy, clean, modern, and adorable. Plus, St. Pete is such a fun city! The whole experience can't be beat.

Jayson and Reymond are great!
The whole property is super cute, and Jayson and Reymond are the best hosts. They made breakfast every morning with homemade pastries, omelettes, and more - it was great. I highly recommend The Kenwood Gables to anyone staying in or around St. Petersburg.

Inn keepers exceeded expectations with their concern for a great guest experience. Breakfast was excellent with homemade pastries and gourmet omelets made to order. We would highly recommend Kenwood Gables to anyone looking for the ultimate B&B experience……

Amazing place loved St Petersburg. The innkeepers Raymond and Jayson were wonderful hosts. Grounds and Inn are lovely. Breakfasts daily were great. Would stay again! Highly recommend it!

Very quaint. Very accommodating. Raymond and Jayson and Raymond’s mom are such friendly hosts. The homemade and fresh breakfast was excellent. loved having the expresso. House itself is an expression of talent and love. Thank you. Highly recommend anyone who wants a nice getaway to stay here

Great B&B
Very welcoming hosts who were incredibly accommodating. Great breakfasts including custom omelets and homebred goods. Very large and spacious room with comfortable bed and soaking tub. Access to pool and deck from French doors. Quiet and laid back atmosphere, great aesthetics. Helpful and approachable hosts!

June 18 to 20, 2021
While the room was not huge. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a sitting room across the hall. There was also a sitting area on the first floor, plus a pool. The breakfast each day was outstanding and made fresh. The location was very convenient for us in a very quiet area.

We expected nice, but got WOW! Facilities were perfect for our 40th Anniversary getaway combining tasteful style with comfort focused bed, deck lounges and breakfast seatings. Best of all - the care of our innkeepers; Jayson and Reymond to ensure everything was perfect.

Reymond and Jayson were great hosts. They made our stay feel very comfortable and provided great breakfasts and conversation. Would highly recommend staying here. Location is also good, just a short drive from downtown St Petersburg or other areas in the peninsula.

Raymond and Jayson were phenomenal hosts. The amount of attention to detail in the building was spectacular. You feel at peace, and welcomed from the moment you ring the doorbell. It’s quiet, safe, beautiful... and the mascots are adorable! Breakfast was delicious and we missed it on our first morning back at home. We can’t wait to go back, and really want to make this a tradition because it was such a spectacular stay. Plus! Everything was so close by. Really can’t wait to go back.

Like home This is exactly how you will feel in this beautiful cozy house,owners are so friendly and helpful,room so comfortable and clean with direct access to the backyard and pool. The perfect place to stay on a romantic weekend gataway!

Hands down the most wonderful bed & breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are pristine, the pool and outdoor space is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, and daily breakfast rivals any top restaurant around. The owners, Reymond and Jayson, are so considerate and attentive. They played a big part in making my girlfriend’s birthday getaway memorable. We’ll definitely be back in St. Pete soon. If for no other reason than to stay here again.
