"I did not like that there are only 10 parking spaces in the garage. I had to leave first thing in the morning, and did not physically check out like I’ve done at every other hotel. I didn’t ask for a late checkout, so you would assume a hotel would expect you to be out by their checkout time. This hotel tracked me down and had to confirm with me that I wasn’t staying later, otherwise they would’ve charged me the $75 late fee. I don’t like that policy. I’m glad I was able to get them in time before they charged my card, but for future reference… If somebody doesn’t physically check out at the desk, a hotel should assume if they’re not in their room at 11 then they’re gone. Especially when they never requested a late checkout. The front desk area was very clean. But only one floor had ice. That was another thing I didn’t like. Also the room they gave me, the floor was very dirty. I was able to take one of their face cloths and clean around the desk that holds the telephone in between the two beds on the floor. It was completely dirty like something was spilled and never cleaned up. It was very sticky, but I cleaned it."
