Hotel was amazingly clean and well kept. Rooms were very large and shower was great with lots of hot water. My only complaint is the coffee was horrible, I recommend upgrading this part of the complimentary breakfast.

This was a great stay. The location is beautiful with walking paths next to the bay just out of your door. Duneden just a short walk to the north had tons of great restaurants and the food was great. The breakfast is great and includes real eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But, if you arrive for breakfast the last half hour of it being served don't plan too eat because they stop replenishing it. Great stay over all and affordable!

The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and faced the water. It was clean and the bed was very comfy. The pool and the hot tub were cold and dirty. The free breakfast in the am is just your standard breakfast . If you’re looking for a vacation hotel this one is not for you .

The room and the grounds were clean. Very nice staff at check in. My husband used the hot tub both days we were there. It is located across the street from the water so we walked a few times a day. Close to Dunedin which is a cute town. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the shower head. Water sprayed all over.

The location is very convenient, close to several points of interest, and having parking available was a big plus. Breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there was a noticeable issue with humidity in both the bathroom and the room itself. Although there were dehumidifiers placed in the hallways to help manage it, the humidity was still present inside the room. Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could be improved.
