"The room smelled like urine. If you arrive late there is no parking available. The stairways to the office are uncovered and it was raining, so there was puddles of water (very slippery). I booked this room based on reviews but i'm now convinced those reviews were not genuine. "

"Didn’t realise the hotel is pretty aged, for this price paid I was expecting something newer. Facilities are like 1980s however it has been presented clean. Amenities are aged too where a renovation is strongly recommended. Location is superb and the ocean view is good, that’s the reason for the price however could be better with a refresh renovation. "

"The room smelled really damp and musty, the chair at the little desk was covered in stains, we had 2 massive cockroaches in our room and kids from other rooms were playing knock and run on our door. Wasnt the greatest night at all"

"Easy check in. Lots of kids activities. Staff were very friendly. The hotel inside was really run down thou. The balcony flooded from the air con being on and no ventilation in the bathroom. Lots of patched up areas too. Everything else was good and it’s close to lots of shops and restaurants. "
