"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"This is a luxury hotel. Very swanky but with reasonable rates. The property is in the heart of Shinjuku, so it’s very busy (day and night). If you’re looking for a quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood, look elsewhere. The staff does an excellent job keeping outsiders from entering the property. The area has lots of eateries and convenience stores. There’s even a Sizzler and Krispy Kreme right outside the building! The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. They are smaller than your typical western hotel, so don’t bring a ton of luggage. You’ll be tripping over it during your entire stay. There’s a bidet with a heated seat (yay), and in a separate room, a gorgeously deep tub. The beds are clean but very firm, so if you have joint issues like myself, you’re going to wake up sore. The pillows are not soft. They seem to be filled with something grainy and heavy. The view was amazing! I was fortunate enough to be on the 25th floor. I was definitely stay again. "
"Excellent cleaning staff
Quick but a bit better communication
I had Do No Disturb sign up for a few hours
They skipped me but should inform of a deadline for cleaning "
"This is a great hotel, although yes the room is very small, it wasn’t the worst thing… most of the time my boyfriend and I aren’t in the room anyways and we each had one luggage + backpack and it was fine but if you’re someone that travels with more than that or then the rooms probably won’t work for you. Overall I loved it. It’s affordable, great location and the worth the stay. I would definitely recommend and come back "
