They serve breakfast late, 0700, so normal working people are at work at 0700 so no breakfast for me. Not all electric outlets are functional. Staff has heavy accent and difficult to understand. Pool area is beautiful.

Clean room. Breakfast not served till 0700 so people who work are gone prior to breakfast being served. Front desk is usually vacant but no issues on my end. Rooms have electric outlet shortage in each room, some outlets do not work, makes me sleep with one eye open. They are updating the place so it should make this an attractive site.

One of the hotel clerks we got was amazing! Super friendly guy. I can tell they are making lot of improvements. It is a very pretty hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only down size is nothing was heated as advertised. Not even the hot tub. Many of the guests had the same complaint. Also the paint in the hot tub was flaking pretty bad so everyone was coming out covered in paint chips. The breakfast had a big selection. Unfortunately, it did not taste very good. The eggs were made from a powder or something and the potatoes were very undercooked. So we mostly stuck to eating the yogurt and waffles.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The redeeming factor that keeps this from being 1 star was the size of the pool for the kids. The common spaces and rooms were not clean or well maintained. The door between rooms didn't lock properly. It smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere. The mini fridge was rusty. The carpeting throughout the property was filthy. We were given 2 towels for 3 people on our reservation. The kiddie pool was closed and empty of water. Breakfast was incredibly sparse and the space was dirty.
