The room was comfortable and clean, however the hot water was barely warm enough to shower. The elevators were all out of order. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night's stay. There is no shuttle service as advertised.

First stay in st louis

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was even nicer than I anticipated! The decor is beautiful in most areas, creating a lovely atmosphere. While I did notice a few signs of wear and tear, such as a small hole in the elevator wall and a slightly wobbly toilet, the overall cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Although I was hoping for breakfast options, the value for the price I paid for the night was unbeatable. I would definitely consider staying here again

The hotel is usually quiet and it has a quiet modern decor, lobby with plenty of seating, complimentary water & coffee, ...amazing staff, very large rooms that are clean & neatly arranged. With coffee maker & mini frig, only microwave is in the lobby.. It has exercise room and banquet room. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.
