"Staff are generally rushed and impatient, AC did not work in room, there were silverfish bugs in the breakfast buffet bowls, a lot of the hotel smells like mildew. Parking is around the block behind the building and it is not very clear regarding costs or charges, the exit ticket would not work. ..."
