"Food was great. Staff was great. Beach was awesome. Our only complaint was that they’d run out of of things for the entire day such as captain Morgan or Tito’s vodca or Jack Daniel’s. "Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort."

"The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between.
