"Good location in centre of Sherborne. Very reasonably priced room and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pub has a car park and is also just 5/10 minutes walk from station. The delightful Sherborne abbey is just a very short walk from the inn and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable although there was occasional noise from the bar downstairs or outside tables. The Abbey is close by and the clock chimes might bother some. "Schönes Hotel, Zimmer schon etwas älter aber in sehr gutem Zustand. Badezimmer relativ neu. Klimaanlage und kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wären großartig - bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß und entsprechend auch im Zimmer extrem warm. Ansonsten aber alles top - kurze Fahrzeit nach Glastonbury, ideal für Besuche."

"Working at the local hospital. I found the team to be very friendly and helpful on arrival. Lorraine actually let me check in early as the room was ready (11am) which was a big help after a long drive and could freshen up. Bed was super comfy, shower had good water pressure and complimentary waters very welcome in 33 degree heat. The key fob entry worked well too. No complaints. Will stay again."

"Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous.
