"The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. "I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food."
