"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage because our room was not ready and upgraded us to nicer room. Hotel was super well located, walking distance to lots of attractions and near several tube stations."

"Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains."

Also very quiet, which is amazing for central London. Would recommend it for those who would like to use it mostly as a base for exploring London."
