"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient.
I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone.
I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues."

"We paid for a deluxe room. When we finally got the room, we found that the bathroom didn't have a door (maybe it's a new concept...), but the worst part was that the coffee maker, cups, and coffees were in the bathroom, right in front of the toilet! We asked to be transferred to another room and they moved us to a much smaller one. We asked about a credit, but according to them, "it was the same category." In short: my experience was bad. I don't recommend it."

"The staff were very helpful and very nice.
The room seemed to be cleaned well, but the furniture and carpet in the room and carpet in the hallway were stained which made everything feel a little dirty. The bathroom was very clean which we really appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
We had a hard time finding the hotel because I was looking for the pictures I had seen online of the outside. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the front would be under construction. It might have saved hours caught in traffic and driving in circles."
