"Parking was okay. No breakfast after 9"

"When we arrived there was no staff to check us in. We waited over 25 minutes ringing the bell. Attempted to call the number to the hotel and it went straight to voicemail. Finally a girl came out of one of the rooms nearby looking like she just woke up to check us in. No apologies. Then we make it to the room. Reason we had booked this was because of the 2 queens and a pull out. The pull out was a joke! The mattress on it was as thick as cardboard so if you like bars in your back then you’re in luck. Also no linen for the pull out so I had to go down and talk to our sleepy lobby attendant. Don’t expect your room to be made up during the stay. Also the air is random in the room where it will blast cold air about once an hour. Made the mistake of staying here and if it were any longer I would’ve changed hotels."

"The hotel itself was super outdated. Paint chipping off of the walls, giant cracks in the ceiling. The non smoking room smelt like smoke. The sheets were stained and disgusting. The toilet made a loud winding noise for a good 5 min. After flushing. Once we saw giant spiders crawling down the walls me and my 2 small children packed up and had to leave in the middle of the night."

"Cleanest hotel we have been in. If we go back to area we would definitely stay there again. Staff was so friendly from our check person to the check out person. "

"Check in went fine- got into our room and looked like someone had spilled a soda or similar on floor and it did not get cleaned up. Floor was very sticky in spots. Bathtub/shower was just weird. Very narrow and felt like bottom of tub was broken and they had laid a rubber mat over it. Felt like you were stepping in a hole."

"Justin was extremely helpful upon checkin and helpful several times during our stay. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a Best Western."

"Only complaint: smallest in-room refrigerator ever and no freezer compartment for my ice packs. Otherwise, a perfect hotel"

"This place was absolutely filthy. I dont think they clean the common areas. The first room we checked into smelled so bad of urine we had to switch rooms. The second room was musty and dirty. I was running late or I would have asked to cancel the room. Wont ever stay here again."

"I will NEVER stay here again. There was a dead roach stuck in a spider web near the curtains in the bedroom which has been there for awhile. A dead roach smashed and smeared on one of the walls. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and the whole place stunk. I walked into the food area just to check it out and saw the biscuits just sitting out and not even covered. DO NOT stay here!!! "
