"If I could give more stars for the location I would have, this place is stunning! Waking up in the morning and have breakfast by the sea is priceless. The hotel looks newly refurbished and it is at 3 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient location. The staff was also great, especially at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I have got some food allergies and they took extra care which I really appreciated. However, despite doing their very best, they were short staffed and we could tell that they were quite stressed. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back and recommend to friends!"

"We were in room for absolutely amazing view. The staff were second and none so attentive and nothing was too much trouble even getting a slice of cake in your room. Each day was a lovely touch. They also recommended places to visit. Which was very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious all fresh produce cooked to perfection parking was Perfect right outside the property. It was just a Short driving to Saint Ives could not fault this guesthouse at all will def be coming again"

"The Nook was very clean & comfortable Unfortunately The outside seating area was nothing like the picture advertised 2 picnic benches not great to sit & chill after a day sightseeing. Plants was a little over grown. But we had a great stay 👍"

"Very nice and comfortable,. We arrived very late after travelling for 6 and half hours but we were welcomed as though it was mid afternoon. The room was very nice and clean with an excellent smart bathroom. We will definitely recommend to friends who hopefully will come to visit us in our new home in Carbis bay."
