"It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come back again to reminisce the unforgettable experience we had this time."

"Amazing 4 night stay at Tregenna Castle. Perfect location within easy (but steep) roadway through the castles woodland walk. We paid extra for a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Large room with comfortable bed. Food was fab… Sunday roast was to die for. 100 % would recommend staying here."

"Stayed for two nights over the bank-holiday weekend. Our room was fairly small, but had a great sea view, and we were lucky enough to have a private balcony. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The shower was good, and we weren't disturbed by other guests. Breakfast included a good range of both hot and cold options, although on the hotel was very busy on the weekend we stayed and I think they were struggling to keep up. The dining room was spacious and had great views. We were lucky and managed to get a free parking space right outside the hotel. There is a car park just over the road if not, however it does get very busy. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and the beaches. I would happily stay here again."

"Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍"

"Room 4 was smaller than expected, it’s deluxe but there was nothing deluxe about it. We stayed for 2 nights and it was okay for the price we paid. Other guests leaving really early made loads of noise by slamming their door and the front doors. "

"Great place to stay. We had suite 8 with nice views over the bay. Large bedroom area and separate living area with dining table and basic kitchen. Great location at the top of the hill giving pleasant walk down to either Carbis Bay or the other beaches and town of St Ives. Been built to a high standard. If you are less mobile, the hilltop location and 10 minute walk to St Ives may not be ideal but the place is a lovely."
