"We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, then returned after a stay in Salisbury on Saturday until Monday. Saturday’s in the summer means big parties. It is noisy and the restaurant isn’t available. They do offer dinner in a small room to accommodate those who aren’t part of the party. The room we had the first Saturday was awful, AC didn’t work and no hot water! "Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "
"Tastefully decorated, well equiped and air conditioned rooms although the pub itself wasnt. That said the pub was open and airy with good outside space. Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner all recommended). Just a note, my elderly parents were on the top floor..no lifts. "

"We stayed at The Hampton from June 30 to July 5 2025.
The staff was very friendly and helped us whether in the morning for breakfast or to help us warm our food in the evening. The staff were consistently friendly and always smiling. Environment was clean and hotel was about 6 minutes walk to train station and eating places.
We would especially like to acknowledge Manoj and the front desk staff, Garima who checked us in when we arrived on June 30th."
