There were towels for only one person, and the shampoo and soap were far too miniature—barely enough for a single person. As for the coffee maker, there was no outlet on the table to plug it into, and there were supplies to make only one cup of coffee. The refrigerator NEVER cooled down the bottles of water and juice I had purchased. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly."

Dinning area was worn out furniture and buffet was not displayed well and seemed unapealind. Bathroom had very little room for personal toiletries. . "

"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."
