The staff was amazing. I have no complaints with the staff. My issue was the condition of the rooms. The first room was not even cleaned and the beds were not made. It looked like someone just checked out. The rooms smelled, had bugs and a lot of water damage. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel! I stay at a lot of Baymount hotels. This was not one of them. I cannot describe how bad this hotel was.

The location was great and very convenient. However, the property is old, in dire need of a remodel, and the condition of the hotel is in bad shape. I was there for two nights and I would not recommend unless you have no other choice.
