The room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Joseph does a great job. He’s constantly working to make sure everything is done. The Double Tree is lucky to have him. The staff at the front desk are also great.

The window's were filthy and dusty window sill. The door jammed in the bathroom, the main door didn't close all the way. The air-conditioning worked.

Guy Harvey Resort on St Augustine Beach
These rooms are very falsely advertised. The bathrooms are so gross. Our tub was not clean and had build up on the drain. There was also hair in the tub. We asked if it could be cleaned, they said they’d send house keeping up. All they did was take out the trash and make the beds. The toilet and ...
