"The staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. "

It has a lovely quiet garden.The food is very good here and breakfasts are cooked well and speedy service.Bus routes to main bus station is 13 minutes away plenty of choices of restaurants by the inn.And as a bonus and a Morrison’s shop conveniently a few minutes away, if needed."
"We never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable."

"Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

"Hotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey "
