"I have become fan of the Holiday Inn Express hotels and actively search for them in any area I am travelling to. All of the properties that I have stayed at were modern, very clean and rooms extremely clean and comfortable. The added amenities (laundry facilities, weight room, pool and hottub, complimentary coffee and breakfast) are a perks to staying. All of the staff that I have interacted with are pleasant, courteous and professional. It is now the only hotel that I will stay at. Thanks HIE!"

"The staff were friendly. The room didn't have enough electric outlets. Older decor, but clean. Shower handle fell off when using the shower. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, not great, and the coffee wasn't good."

"Clean room, nice staff, and new. I wish breakfast had some more options such as omelets."

"The door closest to our room was not working. We had to use the next door down making the walk for my wife who uses a cane lots longer. The breakfast served wasn’t unless you like stale pastry and no coffee. The phone in the room was not working to reach the hotel desk and they said to use your cellphone. The disabled access room was advertised as a walk in shower but a least we got a bathtub with grab bars."

"I booked this room because it had a breakfast included. Now I understand that the included breakfasts are never stellar at any hotel. But, the juice machine was out of order, the cereal was stale, and so was the bread! The room was clean and the bed was adequate. I'm wondering why I was giving a handicapped room, when I am quite healthy and taller than the mirrors. I only booked this for a night, to rest for a long drive, and if the issues with the breakfast didn't happen I would have raised my rating."
