"Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. ..."
