"Overall, our stay was pretty good. One thing I noticed right away was how clean the hotel was. There always seemed to be someone cleaning or maintaining the property, which made a positive impression. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked each morning with a good variety of options, and the staff did a nice job keeping everything replenished. Housekeeping was decent and kept the room tidy throughout our stay. The only real issue we experienced was that the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived and remained that way for the duration of our stay, which was frustrating. My only other concern was the price. While the hotel was clean and comfortable, I felt the nightly rate was a little higher than what the overall experience warranted. That said, the staff was friendly, the property was well-maintained, and we had an overall pleasant stay. I would consider staying again if the price were a bit more competitive."

"From pulling up in the parking lot, the place looked like a ghost town. There were weeds everywhere, trash and just not taken care of at all. Walking in there were no automatic doors, the lobby was a mess, dirty and you could barely see out the windows. Got our room, we’re on the second floor. She tells us there’s no elevators, you have to take the stairs. So we decided to go look at the room first, stairway is a mess, the doors are hard to open, hallway a mess and we get to the room and the lights don’t work. Go all the way back downstairs, tell her about the lights, she gives us another room, so we go grab some stuff out of our vehicle, which we had to sit down to open both sets of doors to get in, go up the stairs again to the second room and it’s not even made. At this point, seeing how dirty the place is, no elevator, rooms and halls are a mess. We tell her we want to cancel and want our money back. Which she didn’t hesitate, but did say to me that she could have charged me to cancel, Really? What a nightmare!"
