Best Western hotels in Southside

"Staff member was very helpful. Hot tub wasnt running and we got in late so didnt swim. Not sure property reflects the photos as well. Rooms are outdated and need refreshed. I didnt see bugs, as some other reviews mentioned, thankfully. Beds were actually really comfortable and clean. If they updated rooms, id recommend but wouldn't stay again. I also prefer rooms to be inside vs doors on outside."

"Love the location. The door locks but looks like its open. Clean room but bathroom is a bit tight as the door feels like itd touch toilet as u close it trying to stand inside the it. Great 4 sleeping in."

"The hotel was okay- big rooms, comfy beds, but some peeling paint in the bathroom and a little dirty in the bath as well. The big problem was that when we arrived they did not have our reservation booked through Hotels.com and this took over half an hour to sort out. That was painful at the end of a long day."

"Room was clean and bed was great. Breakfast was laking. Sausage was cold and only hot choice available minus toast and waffle maker. Only 1 juice available. Honey buns whete stale. Only apples available for fruits. Microwave sparked if you tryed to use it. Front desk attendant was always hiding unless you rang bell repeatedly. Elevator was questionable. Doors got stuck open at one point and had to use the stairs."
