Bassett Green Road

Apartment was spacious, light, attractive and clean. Nice area and there is a co op not far down the road. We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable. Nice pubs nearby for dining.

Stayed here several times, will do again

We've stayed here several times and I'm sure we will do so again. It's very convenient for Southampton and all the local amenities such as the New Forest, Winchester, Marwell Zoo etc. The only issue we had was that hotels.com tried to overcharge us when we adjusted our length of stay. After communication with the hotelier this was quickly resolved.

Got to the apartment no key where it was supposed to be. After going to the apartment found the cleaner was still in there even though it was an hour and a half after checking in time. No response from owners. Can’t blame the cleaner she looked rushed off her feet. One of the owners was on site but made there self’s very uninterested.

Good Apartment but U must have a car

Apartment No.7 is clean & tidy. It is on ground floor right opposite to the car park. The curtain found not so function especially when there were cars parking. Better have cloth curtain to provide privacy. Furthermore, the main entrance door have 3 locks but only one work. The washing machine & the light are out of order. Fortunately, the staff replied us quickly. He was very polite & helpful. Arranged immediately repair for us. But the washing machine is still cant work properly.

Family break

Hard to find the entrance to the property but once we did we were very pleased with the look of the apartment from the outside which comes with its own parking space. When inside we were amazed at the size of the property and the cleanliness of it. Beds were surprisingly comfortable as was the sofa, free view tv was available along with Wi-Fi, great if travelling with children. Only negative was slightly noisy first thing in the morning as bedrooms are near the main road but that was bearable. Local shop, chip shop and petrol station are all within a few minutes drive-very convenient.

The property was brilliant. Really clean, spacious and private. The staff were really friendly and helpful. All the amenities you need were there too. Would definitely stay again :)

Spacious but lacking attention to detail.

The apartment was spacious and clean but lacked a few essential items. The kitchen failed to have a potato pealed, bread knife or cafetière. The flat would also benefit from a Hoover, dust pan and brush and a few cleaning products to encourage guests to keep it clean whilst there. The washing machine had a drying setting which didn’t work, but no drumming rack. This mean we had clothes hanging around the flat wherever we could hang them, which took a long time to dry. Whilst the flat was pleasant and clean, the cupboard behind the bathroom (adjoining the bedroom) also smelt of damp. The outside area could do with being tidied and finished. We enjoyed our stay, but a little attention to detail, considering what guests might actually use and value, would improve one’s stay significantly.

Great place with easy access to city centre

Nice place. Stayed before and had to rebook with family for longer stay. Only exception is housekeeping that was repeated after 8 days. Broken gate needs to be repaired.

We enjoyed our stay at the three nice family apartment we booked at this facility. The apartments were spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the units had kitchens and cooking facilities. The only problems we had were finding this facility in residential Southampton and in getting in contact with the manager about the lockbox code and the heating control unit. Fortunately, a resident of the facility was able to help us with this issue.

Nice and clean.

Check-in and check-out were fairly straight forward. The key was collected from a locked mailbox and return it in the same way. The location was not close to the town but we drove and didn't need to go out for shopping so all okay. Not enough hot water tank storage for family of 5 so I had a cold shower.

I liked everything about this property, it had everything one needed and it was lovely and warm and very comfortable and spacious and I enjoyed my stay there and was very sad to leave and I will definitely be going back there again. There was’nt anything I didnt like about it, and check in and check out was easy.
