"Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend!"

"Best place we ever stayed at during this trip. The Manger room was fantastic and a good value. Wayne, the host was very accommodating and had lots of info on the local area. The pub across the street was wonderful as well. Only nit is that the front made noise every time the wind blew. I suggest weatherstripping so it doesnt rattle. Nevertheless it deserves the 10 out of 10 rating it has on Expedia "

"Were a couple who stayed for one night to attend a concert at Warwick Castle. David was friendly and welcoming on arrival and showed us to Room 4. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming with good ensuite. The attention to detail was fabulous, fan, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee maker, kettle, various hot beverage options and breakfast was delivered to your door at a time convenient to us. We would 100% book to stay here again - What a find and would highly recommend to anyone...

Steve and Lizzy are super friendly and accommodating - both really kind and helpful sharing info about the local area, and Lizzy made such a lovely homemade breakfast, even catering for me as a vegan, and surprised my partner with a delightful banana blueberry muffin complete with a candle for his birthday - it was above and beyond!
