Our stay was okay and the staff was pleasant. No problems there. We were up for a concert. The rates were through the roof and our room was falling apart. Shower was disgusting. The spa was top-notch professional. It had showers and a sauna and a rest room with tea, juice and water. I personally went for a massage which was one of the best I’ve had and i get them regularly.

Very clean, everyone on staff were kind and helpful, bartenders, the front desk workers and cleaning crew, all were nice people. Room was clean and the bar was nice to go to the evening for cold drinks and good wings.
