"We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Port Gardner! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us fantastic recommendations on things to do and the best places to eat. His local knowledge and genuine friendliness made a huge difference in our trip. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help....

"Beautiful View. The screen door had a couple of holes in it but we were still able to keep the door open to hear there sounds of the water through out the night."

"Typical 2 star hotel… we did not get one of those pretty rooms that they show on the website. We got one of the rooms on the main floor exterior entry in the 100 level. The location was great, as we were enjoying the weekend with Family in Coupeville. A little disappointed they cleaned out the breakfast at 10:01 AM promptly!!!! even though the clock on the wall showed that it was9:50 !!! the staff seem perturbed. I wanted to get a a cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee. We may give it another...

"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"We could have our dog and there is a food coop next. Also cheaper than every where else and near the ferry."

"The view from the room was beautiful. However, the patio outside needed substantial painting because the painting on the railing were flaking off. Also, the Inn room refrigerator was so noisy that I had to go out and bite earplugs so I could sleep."

"It wasn’t what we expected"

"Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel."

"Very nice. But no airport shuttle or Park and Fly rates. Also, it is not walkable to the airport. You can drive and park in airport lot in about 6 minutes. Everything was great. Good food, nice pool and spa. Clean room and friendly staff."

"I was in a room that faced the water and the noise on the street was horrible. I'm not sure what you can do about that...other than don't rent those rooms out unless you have no other choice."
