The property was nicely maintained, however once in our room TV did not work and neither did internet ALL night. We had to wait for a manager the next day to help.
When my spouse went to front desk to ask for help he was ignored then once She came over she ( manager)was rude and condescending. My husband asked if they could fix issues or switch rooms. He was told we would have to check out by 9am it was 7:50am and make a new reservation and come back after 3pm mind you we had paid for 2 nights. ( I was on stairs above and could hear whole conversation)
My husband explained he didn’t understand why we couldn’t get help or room switched with out checking out and why we couldn’t be just moved he was told it had to do with housekeepers.. He then was tools again we must check out and make new reservation .. He then said I guess we will just leave? The manager, then replied that’s fine and walked in her office and slammed the door.
I took a second to call my husband down from above, and then I came to the front desk to have a conversation. She changed the entire story and tried to make my husband look like a liar however, she did not understand that I witnessed the whole event from above
eventually, we were removed and we were thankful we were told our room was an upgrade because it had a view.
she acted like I was supposed to be grateful for getting a window view when we had gone without some of the amenities all night and had paid almost $600 for two nights..
