"Upon arrival we were informed all of management is brand new within the last 4-6 weeks; further noting the previous management did not take very good care of the place. Overall, staff was welcoming, kind, and open to feedback. Parking was excellent, no need to pay additionally like some places across the country. Cleanliness was okay, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. Here's what I noticed: - the grout in the showers could have been cleaned a bit better - the shampoo stripped ALL of the oil from my hair, was thankful I brought my own conditioner - the toliet was slow to flush unless you held the handle down for a specific amount of time - found 2 stink bugs in our room - electrical wires were coming out of a light fixture or smoke detector? I couldn't tell - electrical wiring was coming out of the air conditioner - the microwave cord was short, it was plugged into a power strip, which caused the power strip to hang from off the floor - the heat lamp or second light in the bathroom was not working There's still a lot to do, but I wish the new management the best of luck, and hope they can turn the place around."

"WATERPARK IS NOT INCLUDED WITH EXPEDIA RESERVATIONS. The hotel was fine but I feel like the pool/ waterpark are falsely advertised. You are allowed to use the pool inside the water park only when the water park is closed if you want to use the water park when it’s open it is an extra $45 a person and is only open Friday-Sunday . This would be fine if the Waterpark wasn’t used as the main selling point for the hotel and had accurate hours listed on Expedia and it was clearly stated it’s not included."

"We had the best stay in Tracey and Marc’s home. The room was cute, cosy and clean, and the breakfasts were plentiful and absolutely delicious. Not to mention Tracey and Marc were lovely hosts, full of kindness and local recommendations. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and hope to visit again someday."
