The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
"Rooms were a bit outdated and elevators need a really good scrub down. Lobby was fantastic. Lots of perks with spa, Starbucks and pool. Floors 3-4 were “odd” with a ton of closed restaurants and weird convenience stores. Uber pickup was on the backside of hotel so getting dropped off and picked up ..."

"Room was nice but smelled awful like mildew or sitting water. AC kept cutting off in the middle of the night. The $500 security deposit is a bit insane. Overall, room was clean and staff were helpful."
