"Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and out. Room was clean and tidy. Only issue was the tub drained slowly and faucet leaked in the tub. The hotel is close to the Mall of America, which is a big plus, they also have shuttles to and from airport. I would stay here again in the future, if I made another trip to Minnesota."

"This is an easy place to stay one night a leave a car until your return. I booked through a ParkSleepFly option. they offer a shuttle, pool, and warm cookies. Our check in on Friday July 31st was a little bumpy. The computers were all down and the lobby was full of guests. We left for dinner and when we returned, they were forming a line and handing out warm cookies. They had figured out how to do everything manually which was slow but effective. The front desk did such a great job at keeping people informed and helping in any way they could. By the time we were in line people were visiting with one another they passed out some paper forms for parking so we could fill those out before getting to the desk, which saved some time. There were only 3 people manning the front desk, maybe a 4th one called in to try to fix the computers, and they were scrambling to take care of guests the best they could while maintaining friendly smiles and listening to concerns. We were very impressed by the way it was handled."
