"Our room was not clean and very outdated. Cracks in the toilet seat, beat up furniture, the bedside table had cracks and chips on it, and the door frame had marks all over looking like it had been open with a crow bar. The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient."

"When we checked in the front desk clerk was the rudest hotel employee I have ever met. When I arrived she said we had 2 rooms reserved I explained that it was only 1 she was insistent and was very rude about it. I contacted hotels.com and they called her they said she was very rude to them as well. ..."
