"The hotel is very close to the entrance to the Grand Canyon. The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. There is a shortage of staff in the restaurant. The bartenders and waiters who work at the restaurant are extremely friendly, I just thought they were overwhelmed. Other than that one issue,I would recommend this hotel and I would book again."

"You need a portable Handicap Ramp. My Wife had a hard time getting up and down the steps there. She normally uses her Walker to get in and out at most places. Otherwise everything was good."

"Clean room. Staff is very nice and helpful on the phone. Instructions provided are very clear. Not too far to the Grand Canyon. Bed is very comfortable with good amenities. Wish there is a small table and chairs in the room for sitting."
