This property was excellent and would absolutely stay here again. It is very close to the Grand Canyon, so the location was perfect. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not honor my IHG membership, because I booked room through Expedia, they did not apply points for staying at their hotel to my membership…other than that, it was great!

It has been almost a year and I cannot stop thinking about my experience here. There were beautiful ravens for which I left out some snacks (which they happily took), and the food was amazing. I went to the morning breakfast buffet really only for the Arizona sausages; they are like nothing I have ever had before or since!! They have two pools, and I preferred the indoor one since I went during a cooler time. The staff were so kind, and I loved the fireplace they had on during the night; it was extremely comforting!! I loved the entire stay, and it is thanks to my experience here.

We paid $350/per night and were charged $20 for Wi-Fi, exercise room, etc. Breakfast was $25/per person. It was insulting. Breakfast included is standard at just about every motel/hotel today. I’ve stayed at many IHG hotels and this was the only one I remember not including a free breakfast.

Great property, nice bar and restaurant. Wonderful pool area with plenty of outdoor sitting areas. Free laundry was an added bonus. I was disappointed in the breakfast food, especially the eggs. Wait staff did not know how to serve coffee, they poured the coffee for my husband right accross me, with their arm almost touching my face.

At night the indoor pool was open and there was a large screen for movies to be played. The kids weee having an absolute blast and the parents could sit in comfy chairs and relax. Great idea!!
