"Yes, the staff service was excellent, the room was very clean, I stayed at this exact hotel several times in previous years, but the things that have changed my mind about staying here again is the bathrooms is very outdated and needs upgrading as well as my room was leaking from the ceiling and when I asked to be moved to a different room they said they were booked but they did send maintenance right away and they fixed the problem but this was 11:00 pm so the noise they made was very loud and disturbing. Lastly I have stayed at other hotels that Not held to what I consider the status of this hotel and the pillow quality was exceptional. The quality of pillows and linens has diminished and I’m truly saddened. This was always my hotel of choice, but unfortunately this will be changing for me."

"The staff upon arrival were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The house keeping staff was super helpful and accommodating. The breakfast staff were friendly and kept everything well stocked. Overall we had a great stay."
