"Yes the the staff is awesome and very friendly! Room #214 is where we stayed, disappointed the bathroom was moldy the light was rusted,the walls on the shower was peeling! Kitchen was nice never stayed at a hotel with 1. Oh and the sink wouldn't drain very fast also Thanks, Debbie "

"The Motel from your nightmares. Hair on the pillow from the guy before, sticky nightstands and dirty floor, more hair on the shower from the girl before. Non-smoking room? All of the rooms smell like wet cigarette. Left the hotel as soon as I went into the room, they still decided not to provide me with a refund. Book at your own risk."

"Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar staff were a bit rude. People working in hospitality need to be more friendly in my opinion. Other than those two the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay. "

"My room was updated but the sleeping experience was very much like a Motel 6 for 3 times the price! Poor and noisy AC/Heat, light from the neon sign streaming through the blinds, etc. Trending does not mean comfortable or even enjoyable. "

"Only one working lift made it a bit slow in the mornings. The breakfast is a bit limited for the price - you'd be better off heading to McDonalds. Parking easy."
