"lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town "

"Amazing, high tech rooms, lots of shared space for co-working, and the friendliest staff. Great for long term stays as they have kitchen, lots of closet space, etc. Only complaint is that they advertise laundry services but the dryer is broken and after 1 hour of drying, your clothes are still wet. This left me in a bit of a pinch as I had to dry them with the hair dryer before my flight that evening. A couple other visitors also said the same thing about the dryer and we were not filling it with many items. Would recommend the property replace the filters or service the machine. "

"Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!"
