"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "Great place in great location with an outstanding staff"

"There was a spa and message offer posted all over the property and in the lifts, but when I went to the spa, they refused to honor the offer saying that the posted offer was a mistake and I would need to pay full price. It was disappointing to say the least."

"I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!"

"We stayed here from March 14 th to March 22. We booked 2 rooms and the stay was awesome. It was right at the city center. The staff was so attentive and very courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was awesome. "

"Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't.
